broiled tilapia with a mayo and chipotle lime sauce
homemade corn tortillas (trust me they're easy - just masa+water+salt+tortilla press!)
braised kale from the garden with garlic and onion
food processor salsa (tomatoes, onion, garlic, chiles, lime,
olive oil, salt, pepper, cilantro)
carrot and cabbage coleslaw
halved cherry tomatoes
and of course... avocado, limes & cilantro!
