Yes! We offer a lifetime warranty on any issue with hardware like zippers, buckles, rives, snaps etc. or faulty workmanship
HOWEVER we can not cover general wear and tear from daily use.
If you have an issue, email us with a photo and we'll send you a mailing label for you to send the item back to us and we'll fix the item ASAP.

No sales tax in the state of Oregon! Anyone, anywhere can shop our site tax free.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We make everything to order, by hand right here in our Portland studio
All orders are insured and shipped USPS Priority mail in approx. 1 - 2 weeks (unless noted as READY TO SHIP on our website)

Yes, every item is hand cut, punched, riveted, serged, sewn and finished by hand to order right here in our Portland studio!

I'M A SHOP AND WOULD LOVE TO CARRY YOUR PRODUCTS, DO YOU WHOLESALE?
Yes! We wholesale but do not offer consignment. Any store interested in carrying xobruno items or receiving a wholesale price list should EMAIL US with the name of your store, a description of your shop as well as web address, location, and contact information.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG OR ACCESSORY?
WAX INFUSED CANVAS:
The best way to clean the bags and not harm the water repellent finish is to sponge them off using just water. If more cleaning is needed, hand washing using a brush with mild soap and hanging the bag to dry.
**Do not wash in washing machine or dry clean** If the bags are washed and dried in a machine they will shrink and lose some of the water repellency and their appearance will be changed. Dry cleaning will harm the water repellent finish.
LEATHER:
I like to use BLACKROCK Leather ''N' Rich to clean, soften and preserve the leather over time. Apply with a soft cotton cloth and wipe off with a separate cotton cloth.
WOOL:
Mild soap and water applied with a clean cotton cloth. Air dry.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because we hand-make every item to order, we can not offer refunds*. However, if you receive your bag and are not happy with it, you can return it for in-store credit so long as you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the tag is still attached and the bag is unused or we can't accept the return.
NOTE: You must use your credit within 30 days of us receiving your item.
*If an item is damaged, defective or an incorrect order, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving item. Upon receipt of your order (unused, with tag) we will send a replacement. you will not be charged s+h.
