We create each order by hand in our Portland studio, using the finest quality materials, tools, and craftsmanship techniques. Please note that all of our leather come with natural markings and color variations which will continue to change uniquely and personalize to you over time. Return Policies:

Once you've placed your order you have 24 hours to cancel.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an order you've received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You may return your order for in-store credit or another item. Because all carrys are crafted for each unique order, we do not offer refunds except in cases relating to warranty repair. Product cancellation is available for 24 hours after purchase. No cancellations or refunds are available following that timeframe.
